Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. If you have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Shifts would include various times on different days on a rota basis so flexibility is essential.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables and clean dining areas after guests have finished their meals
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not necessary as training will be given
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and bartending is a plus, again training will be provided
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
