Job Title: Yardperson
Location: Ruthin, Denbighshire
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday rota.
Driving Licence: Required
Mona Tractors are looking for a Yardperson to join our team at the Ruthin depot.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is practical, self-motivated, and takes pride in keeping things tidy and organised. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the yard and buildings to a high standard Keep machinery organised and the yard tidy Carry out PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspections) on a range of machines Inspect and carry out basic repairs on Ifor Williams trailers Collect and deliver machines and parts as required Clean, valet, and prepare machinery for sale or delivery Empty bins and maintain workshop and office cleanliness Work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential) Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred) Experience with trailers or machinery (an advantage) Able to work independently and follow instructions Willing to work Saturdays on a rota Reliable, punctual, and a team player
