We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and detailed designs across various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities



Develop detailed design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Create accurate 3D models and visualisations for presentation and construction purposes. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and documentation for construction or manufacturing processes. Assist in the coordination of design development stages with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technological advancements relevant to design practices.

Requirements



Proven experience in architectural or interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Knowledge of CAD standards and construction processes is highly desirable. Experience in project management to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams. A degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Pay: 24,420.00-35,939.37 per year
