Signature Bathrooms by DTS is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Bathroom Designer to help elevate our design-and-supply offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, enjoys guiding homeowners through a curated design journey, and is confident turning ideas into beautiful, functional bathroom spaces.
Working from our Design Hub, you will be the key point of contact for customers--consulting, designing, presenting, and managing each project from concept through to the supply stage.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey & Sales
Deliver an outstanding experience from first consultation to final design sign-off.
Confidently guide customers through design choices, product selections, and budget considerations.
Achieve monthly design-to-sale conversion targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of active projects.
Present proposals in a clear, inspiring, and commercially aligned way.
Design & Technical
Create detailed plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D visuals using Virtual Worlds.
Ensure all designs comply with installation requirements, plumbing realities, and building regulations.
Produce accurate quotes, material lists, and specifications for the supply stage.
Project Coordination
Work closely with approved installation partners to ensure designs are practical and ready for fit.
Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and technical details.
Manage customer queries throughout the design process with a solutions-focused approach.
Commercial & Operational
Maintain excellent organisation of design files, quotations, and customer records.
Work within defined product ranges and pricing structures to protect margin.
Stay updated on product innovations, design trends, and bathroom industry developments.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in bathroom design, interior design, or a similar discipline.
Strong proficiency in bathroom design software; Virtual Worlds experience is a major advantage.
Confident customer-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide decisions.
Strong spatial planning ability and understanding of bathroom installation considerations.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
