is currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented bathroom renovation specialists to deliver full bathroom projects to a high standard and in line with our company expectations.

We provide clear project structure, planning, scheduling, and client coordination. This allows our subcontractors to focus on skilled, high-quality execution without shortcuts. This role suits reliable professionals with positive attitudes who take pride in their work and value organised, well-managed workflows and clear systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is for professional subcontractors who:

Take genuine pride in high-end craftsmanship and finishing. Maintain "utmost integrity" in all site dealings. Are comfortable following Vosa's established documentation and reporting processes.

This role is not suitable for:

Rushed workers or shortcut takers. Tradesmen with low bathroom renovation specific technical knowledge. Subcontractors who do not wish to follow management-led site protocols. Those seeking PAYE/employee status.

Standards & Responsibilities

Site Assessment:

Conduct thorough initial site checks; any unforeseen issues or variations must be flagged and agreed with management before proceeding.

Execution to Specification:

Deliver all work strictly to the agreed scope, ensuring "no-shortcut" quality through to finishing.

Reporting:

Provide ongoing progress photos and updates via our established reporting process.

Site Professionalism:

Maintain a clean, respectful job site and a professional demeanor at all times (

even with challenging clients

).

Rectification:

Subcontractors are expected to prioritise rectification to meet Vosa's final standards if quality deviations occur.

Requirements

Proven Experience:

Strong experience in full bathroom renovations (supported by portfolio pictures/videos and referrals).

Compliance:

Relevant qualifications, DBS check within the last 3 years, Driving License, Public Liability Insurance, and UK Right to Work.

Logistics:

Fluent English speaking and your own professional tools and transport.

Accountability:

A commitment to transparency and doing the job right the first time.

Work Type:

Pay: 200.00 per day
