Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Watford, WD25 8FA



About the Role:


You will act as a trusted bathroom solutions specialist, handling inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales, and delivering tailored advice to both trade and retail customers. The role blends strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and commercial insight to help clients bring their ideal bathrooms to life.

Key Responsibilities:



Confidently manage all bathroom sales enquiries, delivering expert guidance throughout the customer journey Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both trade and retail customers Offer specialist product knowledge and create bespoke bathroom solutions tailored to customer needs Produce accurate quotations, process orders efficiently, and proactively follow up on sales opportunities Maintain up-to-date CRM records and monitor sales activity and performance Work closely with showroom teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery Reconnect with lapsed accounts and identify upselling opportunities across the Watford area Assist with bathroom product promotions and support wider marketing initiatives

Requirements:



Proven experience in bathroom showroom sales (essential) Strong product knowledge across bathroom suites, tiles, brassware, and sanitaryware Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Customer-focused approach combined with strong commercial awareness Experience using CRM systems and producing sales reports (preferred)
