Key responsibilities
Customer and sales management:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in a showroom environment.
Build rapport with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget.
Advise on product availability, promotions, and design solutions.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale.

Design and technical support:
Develop expertise on a wide range of bathroom products and current trends.
Assist with project design and help customers visualize concepts using 3D and VR technologies.
Provide technical knowledge and support for bespoke projects.

Project and administrative tasks:
Manage projects from conception and sale through to production, delivery, and installation.
Process payments accurately.
Use CRM and ERP systems for quotations, orders, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements.

Proactive business development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
