Job Summary


Bathroom Sales Consultant's job is to advise customers on bathroom products and designs, manage the sales process from start to finish, and drive sales by building relationships and understanding client needs. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through showroom selections, using design software to visualize concepts, handling payments, and managing project logistics like delivery and installation.

Key responsibilities

Customer and sales management:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers in a showroom environment. Build rapport with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget. Advise on product availability, promotions, and design solutions. Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability. Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale.

Design and technical support:

Develop expertise on a wide range of bathroom products and current trends. Assist with project design and help customers visualize concepts using 3D and VR technologies. Provide technical knowledge and support for bespoke projects.

Project and administrative tasks:

Manage projects from conception and sale through to production, delivery, and installation. Process payments accurately. Use CRM and ERP systems for quotations, orders, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements.

Proactive business development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients Required skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Strong sales skills, including lead generation and proposal development. Knowledge of bathroom products, design, and installation processes. Project management and organizational abilities. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach. Attention to detail and target-driven mentality. Proficiency in using design and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
