Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. You will be covering East and North East Scotland.

You will be visiting customers in their own home to design and quote for a new Wet Wall Bathroom. All appointments are made for you and confirmed by our sales manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and research. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's licence is essential.
