Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stood (Rochester) as a Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom to select bathroom products, offering tailored advice, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a well-presented and organised showroom. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, have a flair for design and work well in a team.
Role Responsibilities
Engage with customers understanding their needs and preferences, providing advice on products and services.
Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Produce detailed quotations and designs using dedicated CAD software.
Manage sales from start to finish processing customer orders, payments and arranging collections/deliveries.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - product training to be provided on the job.
Work well with other team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Utilise strong sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise sales.
Maintain an organised and tidy workspace/Showroom
Administrative duties such as monitoring and following up e-mails and telephone enquiries.
Maintaining communications with customers and suppliers.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg).
Key Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience of bathrooms in a retail showroom environment would be a strong advantage.
Creative Flair and a strong attention to detail.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Good communication skills both writing and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner.
Be of smart appearance and have a professional manner at all times.
Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
Any other ad hoc duties required.

Working hours: 4 week days + Saturday
e.g. Mon, Thur, Fri - 8am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-2pm + Choice of Tuesday or Wednesday as a non-working day with the other being a working day
