Duties
Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate products or services tailored to their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Organised with good time management abilities to handle multiple clients efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
