Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our blinds team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with clients. Your main role will be visiting customers for a free, at home, no obligation appointment where you must understand the customer's needs, providing tailored solutions from our premium, bespoke, made to measure blinds range. You'll be supplied quality leads which customers will have booked from seeing our adverts, so a high conversion rate will be expected. As a representative of a superior local brand, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with customers, therefore driving sales. As most of your time will be spent at client's homes, a driving license is essential.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide appropriate product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding and interest. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered to answer customer queries confidently. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques continuously.

Qualifications

Previous experience in blinds/shutters sales is preferred but a willingness to learn is key. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
