Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced

Battery Bay Operative

to be based at Humberside Airport This role is essential in supporting our operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, and contributing to the overall success of our flight services.

Responsibilities

Servicing lead acid and NiCd batteries in a busy aircraft maintenance facility. Maintaining and operating a busy battery bay service workshop. Maintenance of batteries in accordance with the relative CMM and OEM manuals and procedures. Complete and maintain clear workshop records. Identify issues arising from maintenance regimes and provide resolutions. Scrap and prepare batteries for recycling. Releasing batteries to service and issuing release certification. Assisting in the maintenance hangar with aircraft battery maintenance.

Requirements

Must have experience within military or civilian aviation. Battery bay experience Experience working with Marathon and Saft batteries preferred
