The Opportunity
As a
Product Program Specialist
for you'll be at the forefront of product quality and customer satisfaction. This global role is responsible for gathering and prioritising feedback from customers and dealers to identify top product issues, drive improvements, and support strategic decisions. You'll collaborate closely with industry and rental teams to ensure timely responses to emerging concerns and provide coaching and training, while also owning data and communication processes for Cat products in the rental fleet. Your insights will help shape product development, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance the overall rental experience.
What you will do:

Product Program Specialist
, you are accountable for, but not limited to:
Oversee project processes and procedures, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring the productivity and performance of both the project team and overall delivery.
Align and support business partners internally with data driven insights into product health and top customer issues
Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including setting timelines, allocating responsibilities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
Ensure all project materials, deliverables, methodologies, and procedures meet quality standards and align with organisational goals.
Prepare and present clear, insightful program-level reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
