Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team based at our offices just off the waterfront in Ipswich.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business relationships with finance brokers across the UK, introducing new customers to Penny and Penny products, and driving the growth of our services.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, drive with the ability to promote a service that benefits a large proportion of the SME business community

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creating and managing relationships with finance brokers through the UK Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into market trends and client feedback. Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand professional networks.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is an office-based position in Ipswich, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Starting salary of 28,000 with a very attractive bonus structure. OTE 40,000 to 55,000 year one, 60,000+ year two onwards

Pay: 28,000.00-50,000.00 per year
