Key Responsibilities
Provide professional skin consultations and in-depth skin analysis using diagnostic tools
Perform a range of skin treatments, including:
Custom facials
Chemical peels
Hydrafacials
LED light therapy
Laser treatments (e.g. hair removal, skin rejuvenation - device-specific training provided)
Recommend homecare products and treatment plans tailored to individual skin concerns
Maintain accurate client records and ensure follow-ups are conducted
Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards at all times
Educate clients on skin health, ingredients, and treatment expectations
Assist with reception duties, client booking systems, and stock management when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum
NVQ Level 3
in Beauty Therapy - Level 4 preferred
Experience with skin treatments such as facials, peels, or hydrafacials is essential
Experience with laser/IPL systems (training can be provided)
Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and ingredient-based skincare
Warm, professional, and confident communication style
Passionate about skincare and committed to ongoing learning
Excellent attention to detail and client care ethos
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 14.75-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
