Summary
We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our dynamic team at Halo Nails & Beauty. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing the latest beauty services in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, lash and brow treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services.
Manage appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist in promoting salon services through social media and other marketing channels.
Requirements
Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in gel application and customer service.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Basic knowledge of social media management is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
