Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
Deliver outstanding guest services by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
