Job Purpose

To provide high-quality professional beauty, skin, and body treatments -- including advanced and non-invasive procedures -- that promote client wellbeing, skin health, and confidence.

The Level 3 Beautician will utilise their technical expertise to deliver both traditional and technology-based treatments in line with industry standards and salon protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of

Level 3 beauty, skin, and body treatments

, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lashes, brows and advance skin and body treatments. Conduct detailed

skin and body assessments

to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans.
Perform

advanced non-invasive treatments

such as:

Body contouring

(e.g., radiofrequency, ultrasonic cavitation, cryo therapy)

Advanced skin rejuvenation

(e.g., LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, microcurrent)

Non-invasive facial lifting and tightening treatments

Maintain expert knowledge of

treatment technologies, contraindications, and aftercare

to ensure safe and effective results. Deliver

holistic body treatments

to enhance relaxation, circulation, and skin condition. Educate clients on

skin and body health

, homecare routines, and appropriate product use. Promote and retail professional

skincare and body contouring products

in line with treatment recommendations. Ensure all

health, safety, and hygiene standards

are consistently maintained, including correct use of salon equipment and adherence to infection control procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential

client consultation and treatment records

. Engage in

continuous professional development

to remain current with emerging trends and technologies in advanced aesthetics and non-invasive treatments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy. Proven experience delivering

skin and body treatments

within a salon, spa, or clinic environment. Competence in both

traditional beauty therapy

and

technology-assisted non-invasive treatments

. Strong understanding of

anatomy, physiology, and skin science

. Demonstrated ability to provide a

professional, results-driven, and client-focused service

.

Desirable Skills

Certification or experience in

advanced body contouring systems

(e.g., cavitation, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, vacuum therapy). Experience with

aesthetic technologies

such as LED therapy, hydrofacial, microdermabrasion, or skin tightening devices. Confidence in

consultation, treatment planning, and product recommendation

. Ability to manage

treatment goals and outcomes

in a results-oriented environment.
