Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs. Upsell beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas to ensure a professional environment. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

Proven experience in the beauty industry with relevant qualifications. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction. Ability to perform various beauty treatments, including barbering techniques if applicable. Excellent management skills to oversee daily operations effectively. Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally. A proactive approach to upselling products and services while maintaining ethical standards.
