Duties

Waxing, Eyebrow Threading, Eye treatments etc., Deliver outstanding hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for all clients. Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism. Manage appointments and schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction. Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase your work. Assist with guest services, ensuring all clients receive personalised attention throughout their visit. Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in skin care treatments. Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members. A background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain an organised workspace. Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is a plus. A valid beautician qualification or certification is required.
