As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Your role will also involve managing front desk operations and engaging with clients through social media platforms to promote our services.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including makeup application and eyelash extensions. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and front desk. Engage with clients on social media to promote services and share beauty tips. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions effectively. Experience in makeup application and eyelash extensions is highly desirable. Familiarity with social media management to promote services and engage with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred.
