Duties
Provide specialised beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to clients.
Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and pampered.
Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Utilise management skills to organise daily schedules and coordinate treatment plans effectively.
Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
Manage social media accounts to promote services, share updates, and engage with the community.
Assist with barbering services where applicable, ensuring a versatile skill set.
Maintain professional knowledge of current trends in beauty therapy and hospitality standards.
Support the team in maintaining a welcoming and organised environment conducive to relaxation and luxury.
Experience
Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as management or hospitality is preferred.
Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering techniques.
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
Experience in social media management and guest services is advantageous.
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while managing multiple client appointments.
