We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of beauty skills and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves not only performing beauty treatments but also managing guest experiences and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.
Duties
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including brow treatments , eyelash extensions, nails and waxing.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Provide hospitality to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
Experience
5 years experience in the beauty industry, guest services.
Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in social media management is advantageous for promoting services effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
