Duties

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including hair styling, makeup application, and skincare services. Perform specialised services such as eyelash extensions and deep tissue massage. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients with warmth and professionalism. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and pampered during their visit. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build brand presence.

Requirements

Proven experience in the beauty industry with relevant qualifications or certifications. Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills. Experience in hospitality is highly desirable, as it contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to manage social media accounts effectively to engage with clients online. A proactive approach to upselling services and products based on client needs. A passion for beauty trends and techniques, along with a commitment to continuous professional development. Must be qualified in lash lifts and brow lamination

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-28.79 per hour
