Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty services and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

Provide a range of beauty services such as , facial / body & intimate waxing, gel / builder gel / acrylic nail & nail design, lash extensions, lash lifts & tints, brow tints, shaping, laminations & HD, facials and massage. Additional skills desirable but not essential. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client check-ins Utilise social media platforms for marketing and promoting services Offer exceptional guest services to ensure client satisfaction Upsell products and services to clients

Skills:

Level 3 required Hair dressing/ styling would be a bonus but not required Excellent communication skills Experience in front desk salon operations Proficiency in social media management for business purposes Strong guest services orientation Exceptional customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Skill in upselling products and services
