The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires proficiency in various beauty services, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage, along with strong communication skills and a flair for hospitality.

Duties

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and front desk. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Assist in managing the salon's daily operations to ensure efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of various beauty treatments, including hairdressing techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated with the latest trends. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
