Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage and facials. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs. Upsell products and services to enhance client experiences and boost sales. Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest services.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role in the beauty industry. Strong skills in customer service, with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations. Proficiency in nail and Lash enhancements highly desirable. Ability to perform advanced waxing with a focus on client comfort and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities is beneficial. A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred.
