Responsibilities

Perform beauty treatments including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued during their visits. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Engage in social media management to promote services and maintain an active online presence. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of guest services are met.

Skills

Strong management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. Proficient in social media management to effectively market beauty services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or hospitality setting. Skilled in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application. Knowledge of barbering techniques is an advantage. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
