We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing various beauty treatments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment through excellent customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of beauty treatments including lash lifts, eyelash extensions, brow treatments and nail enhancements Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored services that enhance their experience. Upsell additional services and products to clients, contributing to the growth of the business. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and handling client records. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent hospitality skills to all clients. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.

Skills

Proficient in nail enhancements and other beauty treatments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client relationship. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for clients. Knowledge of lash lifts and brow treatments such as brow lamination is advantageous. Experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred but not essential. Competence in social media management to enhance online presence and client engagement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.48-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
