The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various beauty treatments and services, including all nail services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for customer service, and the ability to manage front desk operations effectively. As a Beautician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience while promoting our services through social media management.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including gel nails, BIAB nails spray tanning and waxing. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries. Upsell beauty products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences. Assist in social media management by promoting services and engaging with followers. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
