Duties
Perform a range of beauty treatments including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, managing appointments, and addressing inquiries at the front desk.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and well-stocked.
Engage with clients to upsell services and products that meet their needs.
Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the salon, contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
Proficiency in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, barbering, and other beauty treatments.
Experience in social media management is highly desirable to effectively promote our services.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
