Responsibilities

Provide a variety of beauty treatments such as waxing, threading, . Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalised recommendations. Manage the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a professional reception area. Utilise management skills to organise appointments efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations. Engage in social media management by creating content to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Assist with guest services to ensure an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Support team members with training or mentoring as required, contributing to a positive work environment.

Skills

Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, or deep tissue massage. Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments and oversee daily operations effectively. Excellent social media management capabilities to promote services and engage with clients online. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Experience in front desk operations within a hospitality or beauty setting. Knowledge of barbering techniques is desirable but not essential. Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members. Ability to upsell treatments or products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction. A background in hospitality or guest services is advantageous for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
