We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments and services, including eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application. As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will also be responsible for managing front desk operations and contributing to our social media presence.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyelash extensions, waxing, eyebrow and lash lamination Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Manage Fresha operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries. Assist with social media content to promote services and engage with clients online. Upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in customer service, guest services, and hospitality. Proficiency in beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, waxing/ laser, lash&brow lamination. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
