Duties

Provide a range of beauty treatments. Perform specialised services such as all aspects of nails, body waxing & eye treatments. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by offering excellent customer service and hospitality. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Promote services through social media management to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proven experience in hospitality to create a welcoming environment for guests. Skilled in the knowledge of beauty treatments Experience in managing front desk operations efficiently. Competence in social media management to promote services effectively. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
