As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Duties

Provide a range of beauty treatments including nails,gel polish, pedicure, eye and brow treatments, massage, facials, tans and more. Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment. Promote services through social media management to engage with potential clients. General cleaning

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or hospitality setting is advantageous Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. Knowledge of social media platforms for promoting services and engaging with clients. Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace. Experience needed.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
