Responsibilities
A highly skilled and client-focused Beauty Therapist with expertise in providing a wide range of professional skincare, body, and beauty treatments. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, personalised consultations, and tailored treatment plans to enhance clients' wellbeing and confidence. Strong knowledge of skincare products, beauty techniques, and hygiene standards, with a warm and welcoming approach that creates a relaxing experience for every client
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling enquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Utilise socia
Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client experience and revenue
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with guest services such as refreshments or consultation to enhance overall client experience
Support management with administrative tasks as required, including stock control and promotional activities
Qualifications
Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as barbering or hospitality management
Skills in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and guest services are highly desirable
Strong management abilities to oversee daily operations efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to handle upselling tactfully to maximise sales opportunities
Organised with good attention to detail in all aspects of work
Previous experience in front desk duties is advantageous
