As we expand our services, we're looking for talented artists to join our dynamic team And expand our services offered.

Positions: Lash and Brow Artist / beauty therapist / nail tech / facialist / hair extension specialist

location - Richmond , Surrey,

Job Type: Part-time - min 2 days a week with 8 hour shifts - evenings preferred - freelance looking for a base to build

Salary: Competitive pay, based on experience, commision based.

Requirements

- Proven experience

- A current cosmetology/beautician license or equivalent

- A strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Ideally, an existing client base.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- must have own kit - I have main equipment and small range of acrylic and gel products

Duties

Provide a variety of beauty treatments Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Manage appointments and maintain an organised schedule. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in hospitality is an advantage, enhancing the overall client experience. Ability to manage appointments effectively and maintain an organised workspace. Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting services is desirable. A passion for beauty trends and continuous professional development in the field of beautification. Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty therapy
