Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services while also managing front desk operations and engaging with clients to enhance their overall experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, relaxation massages, gel nail application & lash extensions (desirable but not essential) Provide excellent guest services by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling enquiries, and processing payments. Upsell additional services and products to clients based on their preferences and needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in facial treatments, luxury massages, and gel nail application desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Experience in customer service desirable. Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media management to promote services is beneficial. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
