Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality beauty treatments including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Manage appointments and maintain an organised front desk area.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase business revenue.
Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase your work.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best services available.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage techniques.
Experience in managing appointments and front desk operations effectively.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client satisfaction.
Familiarity with social media management for promoting beauty services.
A background in barbering is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for this role.
