As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty services, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. Your role will also involve engaging with clients on social media and promoting our services effectively.

Duties

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including massage, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients with warmth and hospitality. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business objectives. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build brand awareness. Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage techniques is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in upselling beauty products or services is an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is beneficial. A passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service excellence. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred.
