Duties
Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including, eyelash extensions, massage, Facials Waxing
Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice and solutions.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries efficiently.
Utilise social media management skills to promote the salon's services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community online.
Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with management tasks such as inventory control and organising promotional events.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business through outstanding customer service.
Clientele would be an advantage
Experience
Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as management, hospitality, or customer service.
Skilled in specialised treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering.
Experience in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members.
Previous front desk or guest services experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance client experience while increasing revenue streams.
