Responsibilities

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including but not limited to makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored beauty solutions. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Promote services through social media management to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services.

Experience

Previous experience in the beauty industry is essential, with skills in makeup application and eyelash extensions being highly desirable. A background in barbering or deep tissue massage would be advantageous. Proven customer service experience with an emphasis on hospitality and guest services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in social media management is a plus, as it will help promote our services online.
