We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while also managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments including but not limited to; facials, nail services, deep tissue massage, waxing, and eyelash extensions. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Deliver outstanding guest services to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve skills.

Qualifications

Essential Key Competencies:

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy. Ability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays flexibility to business needs. Able to perform treatments on both male and female clients. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisation skills. Fluency in English, communication and relationship building skills. Ability to interact and anticipate clients' needs with a flexible approach. Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team. Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Willingness to adhere to salon standards of exceptional personal grooming, representing the Aura brand to the highest of standards.

Desirable:

Qualified and experienced in Laser Hair Removal

Qualified and experienced in Deep Tissue Massage

Qualified and experienced in Intimate and Hot waxing

Qualified and experienced in CACI, Environ and Crystal Clear
