The Vestry Hair and Beauty is seeking a talented and passionate

Beautician

to join our luxury salon team. You'll deliver a wide range of professional beauty treatments in a calm, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to premium service and client wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone with excellent technical skills, a warm personality, and a strong focus on customer care. You'll work with high-quality products like Comfort Zone and The Gel Bottle and have the opportunity to grow through ongoing training and creative salon projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of beauty treatments Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas Deliver personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services or products Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals Upsell salon services and retail products where appropriate Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through regular training and professional development Support salon events, promotions, and educational content (including social media contributions if relevant).

Skills & Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) Proven experience in a beauty or salon environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience Professional appearance and attitude Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
