Responsibilities

Provide a variety of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Deliver outstanding guest services by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide tailored recommendations. Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised front desk area. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment areas. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of eyelash extension methods. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not essential. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
