We are seeking a Level 3 passionate Beauty Therapist to join our salon family!

The ideal candidate will possess a love for delivering personal, top-notch treatments. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues will be essential in ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing clients' appearance through various beauty techniques, including gel manicures, waxing and skincare treatments.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty services, including facials, gel manicures, pedicures and other body treatments. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are hygienic and well-stocked. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Promote salon services and products to enhance client engagement and sales.

Skills

You'll be confident and skilled in delivering flawless gel manicures and pedicures. Proficient in beauty techniques with an eye for detail. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for clients. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality service standards. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
