Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. You will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments, including makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage, while also managing front desk operations and engaging in social media management to promote our services.

Duties

Deliver exceptional beauty treatments such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new clientele.

Requirements

Proven experience in a beauty-related role with strong customer service skills. Knowledge of various beauty treatments, including makeup application and eyelash extensions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in hospitality is an advantage. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is desirable. A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the brand's values. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred. Must be a UK resident

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
