We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven Beauty Advisor to represent

Moroccanoil

in one of the UK's most prestigious retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity to bring the brand to life for customers and drive meaningful sales growth in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience that reflects Moroccanoil's premium brand values Proactively approach and engage customers to drive product discovery and education Meet and exceed sales targets through confident, knowledgeable selling Manage stock levels, merchandising, and displays to maintain strong visual standards Track performance and share insights with head office regularly Support store events, promotions, and training days as needed

What We're Looking For

Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident communicator Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast-paced environment Passionate about haircare, beauty, and wellness Punctual, professional, and highly reliable Experience in beauty, haircare or luxury retail is a strong advantage
