Main Purpose of the Role:


The Beauty Advisor's main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPl's target, through a customer first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.

KPl's Delivers a 'customer first' experience exceeding customer expectations Delivers unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge Work as one team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss Communication Communicates clearly and concisely with their store team Confidently communicates with external business partners, store visitors Team Fully embraces the team effort and takes pride in achieving a common goal Open and supportive of other ideas and opinions creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment Passionate about maintaining own up to date product knowledge and sharing with the team Store Operations Understands and adheres to all Company loss prevention practices Qualities Ability to deliver a 'customer first' experience Ability to understand store targets and KPl's Strong communication skills Leads by example Values honesty and integrity in working relationships Embraces change Flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines Ability to follow direction Positive attitude Passionate about beauty Ability to use own initiative
