ABOUT THIS ROLE




The role of a supervisor is key to developing the business, ensuring a senior point of contact is available in the managers absence, building customer loyalty and driving sales revenue to achieve targets set and above. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ultimately growing sales revenue through raising the profile of ghd. The supervisor will be accountable for their line reports pending the size of the team, ensuring compliance and development of the team. They will also take ownership and responsibility of the business in the absence of the manager.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Pro-actively drive sales and ensure that targets and KPIs are met and strive to exceed these and instilling a selling culture within the ghd space To assist and deputise for the ghd Manager in assessing and collating weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report such information to key individuals as and when requested To share trading insights and take ownership of the team results Ensure the visual and commercial presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest of standard and aligned to the marketing vision Maintain high standards of stock replenishment and ensure all items are on display and correctly priced, working with RM on forward demand stock needs Prepare and submit timely, accurate and complete reporting as requested by ghd management Build and maintain relationships with external brands and stores to drive and maximise marketing and eventing opportunities Develop a store social media presence through ghd owned platforms Attend all regional and company wide training, conferences and conference calls Ensure full compliance regarding till operation, refunds, and cash control, complying to host store regulations and rules Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace and following ghd and store procedures
